Submit the (filled, signed) scanned copy first to hydrogenmela@gmail.com with CC to smashibli@yahoo.com. Plese send the hard copy by post to Trivandrum Registered Office. Please note that you will have again to submit it to the regional Chapters. So far the proposals for New Chapters at Trichi, Calicut, Bombay, Hyderabad and Delhi have been accepted in principle.
